Recovery isn’t just about getting through a procedure or being told everything looks “fine”. The hardest part is navigating the uncertainty, fear and emotional toll that comes before and after surgery, often quietly and alone. My work offers calm, steady support through this challenging time, helping you feel more prepared, more in control and less overwhelmed along the way.

No. I work with people who are living with ongoing pain, preparing for surgery, or navigating recovery (and sometimes long afterwards). Support can be helpful at many stages, especially when things feel overwhelming or uncertain.
No. This is coaching support focused on helping you feel calmer, clearer and more in control as you navigate pain, surgery or recovery. I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. My work complements, rather than replaces, medical care.
Absolutely. Many people come to me feeling unsure, they just know something isn’t quite right or that coping alone is taking a toll. A Recovery Clarity Session is often a helpful place to start.
Recovery (physical and emotional) happens over time. While a single session can bring insight or relief, consistent support helps you stay steadier as things shift, change or feel harder than expected. Ongoing coaching offers continuity, reassurance and space to process what comes up along the way.
This is more common than many people realise. Medical success doesn’t always mean emotional recovery is complete. Feeling pain, unsettled, anxious or disconnected can be part of the process and ongoing support can help with this.
Yes. My role is to support you emotionally and psychologically, alongside any medical care you’re receiving. I encourage clients to stay engaged with their healthcare providers and see this work as complementary. Ask your medical team if they are connected with a surgery coach.
If you’re reading this and feeling a sense of recognition, or relief, that’s often a sign this kind of support could be helpful. You’re welcome to get in touch to ask questions or begin with a Recovery Clarity Session.
Facing surgery can feel overwhelming. It's not just about physical healing, it's also about the emotional, practical and mental side too.
Let's talk about how coaching can help you prepare confidently for surgery so you can recover better and faster.
